My Story

Justin grew up in Anoka, MN and loved the world of finance from an early age. Justin graduated from the University of Minnesota – Duluth with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. After graduating he continued his path of financial studies to obtain his Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.

Justin joined Prosperwell Financial in 2016 and is one of the Wealth Advisors on our team. He loves to help people. He loves to take the difficult topic of money and give actionable and real life examples and tools to help our clients work to achieve financial success. Justin’s primary focus is on assisting our clients through outreach, interaction, financial planning and investing. His goal is to help clients reach their goals, dreams, and aspirations.

Justin loves to be outdoors. If he could spend every moment outside, he would. Justin is the professional skier in the office. He also is the one to teach us a few things on the golf course. Skiing, golfing, and fishing are his favorite activities to do outside. It is all about spending time outside but most importantly it is about spending time at his family’s cabin up north.

You might bump into me...

  • In the summer, on the water, hunting or fishing.

You might catch me eating...

  • In downtown Anoka or exploring new restaurants. I love a great burger!

My why...

I couldn’t be more grateful for everything my parents did for me growing up and one thing I appreciate the most (now looking back) was making me be financially responsible. From the time I turned 16, my parents were reluctant that I had to have a job to pay for my own gas, entertainment, and later college. Obviously, I disliked this at the time but getting to be able to buy snowmobiles, motorcycles, pay for school and enjoy the things I wanted to do, made me realize the importance of saving and the difference money can make in your life. This realization directed me to focus on financial planning during college and it has turned out to be a great decision because I couldn’t imagine doing anything else. I want to share my knowledge and experiences to help others appreciate the feeling of being able to not only get by, but live the life they want financially.
